The easiest way to share your list
  1. In your property management software, export your rent roll or unit list to Excel or CSV. Make sure it includes the address, bedrooms, and bathrooms for each property.
  2. Upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
  3. Set sharing to "Anyone with the link can view," then paste the link below.
A link to your public listings page works too. Make sure it opens without a login.
