Charlie oversees property renovations and housing partnerships, ensuring every crew is set up for success from day one. He’s committed to excellent service and creating a culture where people feel supported and valued. Known for his calm approach and eye for detail, Charlie is also a licensed private pilot who loves soaring to new heights—both professionally and personally.

Paul spends his days building relationships with potential clients and housing partners across the country. Known for his down-to-earth, relational approach, he brings energy and humor to everything he does. He believes in working hard, playing hard—and laughing through every round of golf (even if his game never improves). At home, he’s proudly outnumbered by his wife, two daughters, two Great Danes, and three cats.
