Known for his calm approach and eye for detail, Charlie is also a licensed private pilot who loves soaring to new heights–both professionally and personally.

David leads with a "we before me" mindset, driving sales strategy and shaping team culture across the company. He's passionate about building a collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best work. Honored as a Kentucky Colonel in 2021, David brings energy, integrity, and a deep love of golf to both business and life.

Audrey works behind the scenes as the bridge between leasing and the Client Success team, keeping records organized and projects on track while lending a creative eye to Hard Hat Housing's media work. Easy-going and a natural communicator, she credits her faith as the source of her joy and her drive to steward her work well. Outside the office, she loves running, baking, and traveling.

As Director of Marketing for Housing, Sarah leads the strategies that grow homeowner participation and expand Hard Hat Housing's housing inventory for construction partners nationwide—guiding the marketing team, building campaigns, and securing quality properties. Known for her passion for people, she connects and builds relationships while never taking herself too seriously. Outside of work, Sarah loves a good walk or run, hot coffee, and a cozy couch.

Rana keeps Hard Hat Housing's digital presence fresh and engaging—writing content, building visual assets, editing videos, and architecting the systems and AI-assisted workflows behind it all. A master of the to-do list, she's known for her consistency, creative eye, and humor. Fueled by an ungodly amount of tea (she's fairly sure she's made of it), Rana brings clarity and drive to every detail.

Paul spends his days building relationships with potential clients and housing partners across the country. Known for his down-to-earth, relational approach, he brings energy and humor to everything he does. He believes in working hard, playing hard—and laughing through every round of golf (even if his game never improves). At home, he’s proudly outnumbered by his wife, two daughters, two Great Danes, and three cats.

Zeke spends his days connecting with new companies, helping them find the right housing solutions for their crews. Known for his laid-back attitude, he brings a calm, confident energy to conversations and never takes himself too seriously. A former college basketball player, Zeke knows how to stay cool under pressure and always brings a team-first mindset.

Logan spends his days connecting with crews and finding the right housing solutions to keep projects moving smoothly. A former collegiate swimmer and rugby player, he brings drive, focus, and teamwork to every aspect of his work. His mornings start with a sports podcast on the way to the office, and outside of work he enjoys time with his wife and family—or a round of golf.

Peyton connects with construction firms across the U.S. to simplify crew logistics, getting traveling teams out of hotels and into fully managed, homelike spaces instead. Known for his heart for serving people, he's driven by finding ways to make operations run more smoothly and effectively. Outside of work, Peyton enjoys golfing, kayaking, and staying active.

Briana spends her days connecting with homeowners to grow the housing options that keep crews comfortable on the road. Known for her love of people, she's energized by building relationships and sharing how HHH makes a real difference in crew members' lives. A lifelong learner always up for something new, Briana is currently picking up the game of tennis.

Carlos spends his days connecting with homeowners and building strong relationships while finding the best housing solutions for crews. Known for his detail-oriented approach and team-first mindset, he’s always willing to take on new challenges and support those around him. Outside of work, Carlos is a big basketball fan and loves the culture and community that make Kentucky feel like home.

May supports the housing team with searches, homeowner calls, and behind-the-scenes coordination. Known for being approachable and dependable, she takes pride in helping others find the right solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys organizing, interior design projects, and creating welcoming spaces.

Patrice supports the housing team by researching options, coordinating details, and keeping the process smooth. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, she brings a positive, adaptable approach to every project. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, creative projects, and traveling.

Dina supports the Client Success Team by keeping projects updated, spotting what’s missing, and being available after hours to ensure needs are met. Known for her responsiveness, initiative, and ability to work deep into the night, she brings energy and commitment to every task on her list. Dina loves animals, true crime podcasts, and trying new (sometimes daring!) experiences, and she carries a strong faith that helps her navigate any challenge.
