Tell us about your property and we'll see if it fits what construction crews need. If it fits our criteria, we'll invite you to complete your profile on our housing portal.

Please fill out one form per property. If you have several to submit, send this form once for each address so we can evaluate them individually.

A link is required — we can't price a property without seeing it. Any shared album, listing page, or cloud folder works (Zillow, Google Drive, Dropbox, Apartments.com, etc.).

Make sure the link is viewable without a login.
Section 04 Sleeping capacity

Bed count matters more to us than bedroom count — our crews are typically 4–8 people sharing a house.

Hard Hat Housing leases properties directly and houses vetted construction crews inside — you'd have one tenant and one monthly payment. If your property is a fit, we'll walk you through the details on our housing portal.
